The day of The Jackal (part II – we did promise…)

A new magazine made for stylish minds lands in London

With due respect to Frederick Forsyth, the day of The Jackal has arrived. Just after 5pm this evening, London will be hit by a new, free print magazine full of intelligent profiles, provocative columns and sophisticated style stories.

The Jackal is for people with ‘stylish minds’ – people who want to think, dress and live better. You’ll be handed a copy when you enter a station by a smartly dressed young man or woman, and when you take it (‘let us know if they fail to address you as ‘sir’ or ‘madam’), you’ll find a mix of beautifully written stories and original photography.

Cover star Luke Evans, Sharon Horgan, David Baddiel and Marcus Wareing are among those sharing their opinions in this launch issue. Alongside them are more than 20 pages of style edits covering spring raincoats, sunglasses and this year’s best new watches.

If you’re in London this evening, here’s a list of stations where you’ll find The Jackal. If you’re not in London, come back tomorrow and in the coming days and read us online.

You can also subscribe to The Jackal’s weekly newsletter and for your daily dose of style, comment and culture, follow us on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.

We hope you enjoy it.
